All products sold on our website come with a 60 day guarantee, which means that if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with anything you purchased here, all you need to do is send a request for a refund, and your account will be credited for your purchase. If it is a physical product like a book, you may need to return the product for a refund. If it is an electronic product such as an e-book or software that was downloaded over the internet, you will not need to return the product for a refund.

Some of the products on the TXRUS website are products we have written or produced ourselves, or we own the distribution rights to the product. On those products we will handle the refunds ourselves.

Many of the products on the TXRUS website are affiliate products. An affiliate product is one that is manufactured or produced by someone else, and we have contracted with that person or manufacturer to promote and sell their product for a comission. On those products, we have reviewed and/or tested the item, found it to be a good product and one that we would like to promote, but we do not handle customer support issues or problems with the product. That is the responsibility of the manufacturer.

If you need a refund with an affiliate product, you will need to contact the seller directly for a refund. We will assist you if there is a problem with getting a refund, but only after you have contacted the manufacturer and discussed the issue with them.
